SDOH Reporting Mandated

In the FY 2023 IPPS/LTCH PPS final rule, CMS includes two new measures that hospitals participating in the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program will be required to report on, the Screening for Social Drivers of Health Measure and the Screen Positive Rate for Social Drivers of Health Measure. Screening is mandatory in FY2024 and will be tied to your Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement in FY2025.
